Baptist Health Richmond is seeking a Director of Nursing Professional Practice and Innovation to lead nursing services in collaboration with the VP/CNO. The role focuses on advancing evidence-based practice, directing patient care delivery systems, and ensuring alignment with the Professional Nursing Practice Model while driving outcomes and accountability.

Responsibilities include leading Pathway to Excellence activities, overseeing Clinical House Supervisors, guiding governance and nursing

Qualifikationen

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• BSN required.
• MSN or related healthcare field required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Skilled at using evidence-based practice.
• Skilled at using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Directs nursing services and drives evidence-based practice in collaboration with the VP/Chief Nursing Officer.
• Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing and patient care delivery systems.
• Lead Pathway to Excellence program activities for redesignation and maintenance.
• Oversee Clinical House Supervisors and support patient throughput.
• Coordinate with leadership to address gaps and recommend operational improvements.
• Lead governance structures and advise nursing councils on professional practice standards.
