You will design and scale clinical learning programs, curricula, and certification pathways while partnering with nursing schools and healthcare organizations.
The role requires senior nursing leadership experience, strong strategic and change-management skills, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes across a matrix organization.
Competenze
- Registered Nurse (RN) with advanced degree required; Doctorate preferred.
- 15+ years of senior nursing, clinical education, workforce, or transformation leadership experience.
- 10+ years leading nursing professional development and large-scale change initiatives.
Mansioni
- Lead enterprise nurse advancement strategy across the nursing career journey.
- Design and scale BD Clinical Learning programs, curricula, and training cohorts.
- Build external partnerships with nursing schools, faculty, associations, and healthcare organizations.
- Govern programs with dashboards, metrics, and measurable outcomes.
