Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressively senior nursing leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading nursing professional development or large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience engaging nursing stakeholders across frontline, mid-level leadership, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic nursing leadership and foresight for enterprise nurse engagement.
• Lead BD Clinical Learning programs, curriculum strategy, and training cohorts.
• Build partnerships with nursing schools, faculty, professional associations, and healthcare organizations.
• Govern programs with dashboards, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate nursing insights into enterprise strategy, innovation priorities, and workforce solutions.
• Collaborate across functions with matrix leadership to drive BD growth objectives.
