- 12+ years of experience in program management, product engineering, or NPI within hardware or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional product launches.
- Deep expertise in product lifecycle management (PLM), ECO processes, and manufacturing readiness.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across global, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex issues into clear executive-level communication.
Responsibilities
- NPI Planning & Program Leadership across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
- Drive structure, timelines, dependencies, phase gates, risk mitigation, and deliverables globally.
- Execute change management and align demand planning with manufacturing on NPI builds.
- Ensure compliance and readiness across product lifecycle, including post-NPI options.
- Provide executive updates with concise status, risks, and actions.
