Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management for OCI's hardware and infrastructure portfolio. You will coordinate global teams across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Data Center Operations to ensure rapid, high-quality product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or hardware/NPI
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware programs from concept to production
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience with hyperscale infrastructure or cloud hardware preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution for complex NPI programs
• Develop integrated program plans aligning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and deployment
• Identify technical risks and dependencies impacting launch schedule
• Recommend and drive resolutions for complex hardware design issues
• Ensure test infrastructure and production tooling support manufacturing builds for launch
• Drive all NPI phase gates and exit criteria to readiness for launch
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver launches on time and on budget
• Provide program leadership and status reporting to executives
