Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager in Austin, TX to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction and lifecycle management for OCI hardware offerings. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Data Center Operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing lifecycle execution.

The role requires deep program management expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering complex hardware programs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, product engineering, supply chain, or NPI within hardware/cloud infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional hardware programs from concept through production and sustaining.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply planning, product lifecycle management, and engineering processes.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure hardware and hyperscale environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI operational execution for OCI hardware and infrastructure products.
• Develop integrated program plans spanning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and deployment.
• Identify risks and dependencies affecting launch schedules and drive mitigation.
• Coordinate across global teams to ensure milestones, dependencies and launch readiness are met.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports highlighting health, milestones, risks and actions.
