Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management for OCI hardware and infrastructure products. You will coordinate globally distributed teams across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Data Center Operations to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle execution.

The role requires exceptional program management and the ability to influence stakeholders to deliver speed, quality, and readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical or hardware program management
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware programs end-to-end
• Ability to manage multiple global programs and partner with engineering and supply chain

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NPI program execution for OCI hardware/infrastructure products
• Develop integrated program plans aligning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and deployment
• Identify risks and dependencies impacting launch schedules and drive resolution
• Lead phase-gate negotiations and ensure operational readiness before production release
• Coordinate across global teams to balance cost, schedule, and quality
• Manage lifecycle activities including sustaining engineering, ECOs, and end-of-life actions
• Provide executive-level program health updates with dashboards and metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in NPI execution and lifecycle governance
