Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a pharmacokinetics/ADME related field.
• 10+ years in DMPK/ADME/nonclinical development in pharma/biotech.
• Experience translating nonclinical PK/PD data into human dose projections.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and regulatory engagement abilities.
• Proven track record delivering IND-enabling and clinical-stage programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated ADME/DMPK strategies from candidate selection through Phase 2/3 and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Discovery and Medicinal Chemistry to evaluate developability and inform candidates.
• Serve as DMPK representative on cross-functional teams and guide program decisions.
• Plan and deliver cross-functional Nonclinical workstreams with timelines and budgets.
• Lead PK/PD analyses and exposure-based dose selection for FIH and escalation planning.
• Design and interpret nonclinical ADME/DMPK studies and translational analyses.
• Lead MIDD approaches including PBPK to project human PK and DDI risks.
• Support regulatory submissions with nonclinical PK/ADME input and writing.
