Alps Alpine NA, Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead new venture development in a high-impact role. You will build a portfolio of service opportunities aligned with strategic priorities, source ideas from multiple ecosystems, and translate trends into actionable business cases.

You will oversee pilots, testing, and scaling toward commercial success. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, customer discovery, and robust business modeling, with preference for experience in venture

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in new business development, venture building, or related field.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Experience taking a new service or product from concept to market.
• Experience designing pilot programs or test businesses.
• Strong knowledge of revenue models, budgeting, and P&L fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of new service business opportunities aligned with the Business Unit’s priorities.
• Lead customer discovery activities including interviews, surveys, and willingness-to-pay studies.
• Develop disciplined evaluation framework for customer need, market potential, and strategic fit.
• Define scope, budget, and milestones for tests and pilots; secure resources to launch.
• Establish operating processes to test complete customer experience and drive learning.
