Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Textile Engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in highly technical apparel and equipment in an R&D environment.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Designers, Design Engineers, and Materials Innovation Design to deliver breakthrough concepts.
• Manage the process from insights gathering to a prioritized roadmap of innovation projects.
• Contribute to building innovation strategy with cross-functional partners and external collaborators.
• Correlate lab testing, body data capture, and user perception to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Maintain the Innovation Roadmap and present at internal stage gates to stakeholders.
• Drive alignment so projects align with calendars, budgets, and commercialization pathways.
• Protect and advance IP in coordination with internal legal teams and manage NDAs.
