Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 12+ years in product development, management, or marketing roles.
• Experience building customer-facing solutions for health systems or pharmacies.
• Experience governing portfolios, prioritization, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for New Solutions Development and align with commercial teams.
• Lead initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Govern stage-gate processes and lifecycle management across the portfolio.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new solution ideas balancing ROI and capacity.
• Analyze market trends and Voice of Customer to identify opportunities.
• Define technical requirements with IT and partners to meet market needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for go-to-market strategy and adoption.
• Drive financial commitments, revenue growth, and cost-savings tracking.
• Monitor program performance and optimize offerings or rationalize the portfolio.
• Transition new solutions to operations with clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring ownership, timelines, and risks.
• Foster a high-performance culture and provide coaching and development.
