Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Director to oversee operations and service accountability for a portfolio of health systems within a designated market. The role coordinates with Provider Network Operations, MVS, and Contracting to advance strategic initiatives and ensure access to care for VA (CCN) and DHA (TRICARE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizen.
• 8+ years of leadership or account management experience in a managed care environment.
• 8+ years' provider healthcare experience across multiple provider types and regions.
• Experience with credentialing, data systems, and healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with providers and customers within designated markets.
• Ensures network adequacy objectives are attained in all areas of responsibility.
• Lead partnerships and service delivery for Health Systems across states and with national providers.
• Support MVS field staff and facility networks in regions; provide visibility at outreach engagements.
• Measure performance of defined Service Level Objectives.
• Direct workflows to resolve network issues and monitor shortfalls.
