• Shaping provider network strategy and powering expansion into new markets.
• Identify high-value partnership opportunities, evaluate network economics, and negotiate complex agreements that support competitive health plan offerings.
• Owner for new network launches from market assessment through contracting, implementation, and successful launch.
• Combine healthcare contracting expertise with market intelligence, reimbursement knowledge, and regulatory awareness to guide critical business decisions.
• Influence over network economics, market prioritization, value-based care partnerships, and cost-containment initiatives.
