Job summary

Operation Smile is seeking a Director, Multichannel Fundraising in the United States to lead donor engagement across direct mail, digital, DRTV, SMS, telemarketing, and emerging channels.

You will set strategy, manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, and partner with finance and external vendors to drive revenue growth and donor lifetime value, including Spanish-language campaigns. A senior leadership role with cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field is required.
• Experience leading multichannel fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and cross-functional partnerships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multichannel fundraising strategy, set objectives and investment priorities.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, stewardship, and ROI across channels.
• Provide strategic leadership for sustainer and mid-level giving programs.
• Direct cross-functional creative and production for campaigns in English and Spanish.
• Oversee donor data strategy, segmentation, and CRM governance.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners.
• Define KPIs and present performance and growth opportunities to executives.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering donor-centered culture.
