Qualifications

• Multi-unit or related experience in operations and people leadership.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Able to plan, schedule, and manage a market-wide calendar.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work long and unusual hours.

Responsibilities

• Create the strategy and vision for the market to execute Panera standards across guest service, operating systems, profitability, growth, food quality and safety, and people development.
• Coach and develop cafe management teams to execute standards and processes and drive market results.
• Collaborate with market and region support (Operations, HR, business development) to support cafes and drive business results.
• Ensure cafe management teams practice processes to protect Panera’s brand identity and purpose.
