Qualifications

• Multi-unit or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Some college education or certification preferred.
• Understanding of sales drivers, profit drivers, and reading P&L.

Responsibilities

• Create market strategy to execute Panera standards and profitability.
• Coach cafe management teams to meet standards and processes.
• Serve as SME of Panera operating systems across the market.
• Collaborate with market/region support to drive channel execution.
• Ensure cafe practices align with brand identity and goals.
• Develop talent and succession planning within the market.
