Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience leading training, workforce development, or operations/maintenance teams.
  • Strong understanding of refinery operations, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a standardized, multi-site training strategy across NPR and PSVR.
  • Design and manage training programs for operations, maintenance, and technical personnel.
  • Establish competency frameworks, qualification standards, and career progression paths.
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance training to meet OSHA and PSM requirements.
  • Lead onboarding and qualification processes for new employees at both sites.
