Job summary

Petro Star Inc., the refining division of ASRC, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the North Pole Refinery maintenance department, driving preventive/predictive maintenance, budgeting, and safety/compliance. You will oversee planning, scheduling, turnarounds, and CMMS improvements while mentoring staff and coordinating with Operations and Engineering.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost control to meet company goals and regulatory requirements at the Arctic facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school diploma; 10 years in maintenance/ops.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in chemicals/oil refineries or related.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience acceptable.
• Strong Windows/MS Office skills; SQL & Destiny preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS for maintenance work orders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
• Proven coordination of preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage refinery maintenance program with planning/scheduling.
• Lead maintenance and reliability to keep refinery equipment running.
• Advance CMMS for work orders, parts inventory, records, tasks.
• Manage maintenance activity: planning, scheduling, forecasting, costs.
• Coordinate with Refinery Operations Department.
