Job summary

Panthalassa seeks a Director of Site Operations to lead day-to-day performance of regional facilities, including Portland HQ and R&D campus, while building scalable systems for growth. You’ll mentor Site Operations Managers and ensure sites are well-run, safe, and aligned with company priorities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IT, Facilities, EHS, Real Estate, and other teams to translate growth into site capabilities, staffing, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in site or facilities operations with team leadership.
• Experience across multi-site operations and complex environments.
• Strong ability to build scalable operational systems and vendor strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Operations across Panthalassa's regional facilities, including the main campus and regional sites.
• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing Site Operations team with clear ownership and expectations.
• Establish consistent operating standards, service levels, and expectations across sites.
• Maintain visibility into activities, constraints, and risks across the regional portfolio and align resources.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site issues and service gaps.
• Develop scalable operating rhythms, service models, and KPIs across sites.
