Hometown Pet is building the future of pet care with a premium health & wellness brand. This role leads site selection, real estate, and construction for rapid expansion across markets, partnering with brokers, contractors, and leadership to scale our platform.

The ideal candidate delivers LOI-to-opening builds, establishes playbooks, and drives cost modeling while maintaining top-quality standards and operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-site consumer/retail, restaurant, or healthcare development, construction management, or general contracting.
• 10+ buildouts delivered LOI through opening.
• Multi-jurisdiction permitting and pet industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Selection & Real Estate: own trade area analysis and site evaluation, including rent, TI, and permitting timelines.
• Pipeline & Deal Execution: develop new location pipelines, LOI and lease negotiation through open.
• Entitlements, Code, & Permitting: manage zoning, ADA, building and fire compliance across jurisdictions.
• Construction Management & Delivery: end-to-end construction management, GC selection, budgets, schedules.
