Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to coach Founding Leads, develop clinical leadership, and advance Livewell Standards of Care across multisite practices. You will mentor leaders, align clinical strategy, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include regular coaching, site visits, performance reviews, and developing a comprehensive leadership playbook. Strong veterinary leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree is required.
• Active DVM license in good standing is required.
• Demonstrated ability to coach veterinary leaders and navigate clinical, people, and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coach Founding Leads and provide leadership development.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss challenges, goals, and KPIs.
• Partner with Hospital Managers to address team-management and performance concerns.
• Conduct site visits to assess clinical quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a comprehensive Livewell Leadership Playbook addressing leadership, culture, and communication.
