Mission Pet Health, a rapidly expanding network of veterinary hospitals in the United States, seeks a Project Manager to drive de novo growth and support the SVP US footprint. You will coordinate with the Senior Director and real estate partners to implement new units, staff onboarding, and align on milestones.

You must have a DVM, at least 3 years managing multi-site hospitals, strong organizational skills, budgeting experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals.
• DVM / Vet Med degree required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with budgets and P&L reporting to drive growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; project management tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsabilités

• Support de novo hospital development with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate timelines, staffing, and onboarding for new units.
• Monitor performance against growth roadmap in first 6–12 months.
• Build relationships with clinical, financial, strategy, marketing, HR and real estate partners.
• Prepare project reports, plans, milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance across sites.
