Cohesity is seeking a Director, MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers and accelerate demand for Cohesity’s data security solutions. You will partner with MSP Account Executives and marketing teams to drive activation, enablement, and campaigns, travel as needed, and report on KPIs that measure partner health and program success.

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying team focused on channel sales.
• Track record building sales acceleration, enablement, or activation motions for channel partnerships.
• Comfort with consumption-based commercial models and partner commitments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global team of roughly eight MSP Channel Development Managers.
• Develop partner coverage and delivery standards across regions and adjust for market differences.
• Measure partner spend depletion and KPIs to drive productivity and scaling.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Executives and MSP sales/marketing teams to promote Cohesity-based services.
