Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Director of Molecular Science Liaisons to build and lead a nationwide MSL team focused on communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians and scientists.

The role requires a Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant biology field and at least 3 years of management experience, with strong collaboration across sales, POA, and marketing. Expect travel and leadership of medical education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular biology or equivalent training and experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison team on a national basis.
• Develop and coordinate national staffing plans for the MSL group.
• Create and oversee training to keep the team current on Caris technology and scientific data.
• Track MSL activity and customer interactions and report findings.
• Act as conduit between medical community and Caris to inform product and research needs.
