Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and manage targets across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff.
• Serve as account-level representative; manage KPIs, vendor relationships, and compliance.
• Oversee account-based issues; develop strategy and client relations.
• Support budgeting process; review and approve expenditures for tools and supplies.
• Optimize technology use to support service delivery and strategy; test and implement new tech.
