Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a senior scientist to lead CTBR’s biomarker laboratory. You will supervise biomarker assays, coordinate across immunoassay, chemistry, and MS platforms, and drive scientific and operational excellence.

You will mentor staff, shape study strategies, and partner with discovery biologists and clinical scientists to meet biomarker needs across preclinical and clinical programs.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical biology, clinical/laboratory science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant laboratory research experience including leadership of people, projects, or operations.

Aufgaben

• Laboratory Operations Leadership – ensure seamless execution of biomarker studies and oversee sample logistics, inventory, and LIMS.
• People Leadership – mentor and develop a team and coordinate work across analytical capabilities.
• Quality, Data Integrity, Transparency – ensure SOPs, QC, data review, and traceable documentation.
• Analytical Science and Technical Leadership – lead qualification/troubleshooting of clinical chemistry and multiplex platforms.
• Translational Biomarker Strategy – develop biomarker strategies to inform mechanism of action and efficacy.
• Standardization and Data Integration – promote standardized processes and integrate diverse analytical tools.
