You will work under team leadership, collaborate across sites, and maintain documentation in electronic lab notebooks, with clear reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry, academic, or postgraduate experience in protein biomarker analysis and immunoassay-based methods.
• Hands-on experience with one or two quantitative immunoassay platforms (e.g., ELISA, MSD, SIMOA, NULISA, or SPEAR).
• Fundamental understanding of immunoassay principles, including antibodies and ligand-based molecules, assay design, biomarker quantification, and assay validation.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States; Lilly does not anticipate visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Independently run immunoassays and test clinical samples to generate high-quality biomarker data.
• Analyze and interpret biomarker assay data, troubleshoot issues, and report results to the team and stakeholders.
• Assist in design, development, optimization, and qualification of novel immunoassay-based biomarker assays and methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experimental results in electronic lab notebooks per guidelines.
• Collaborate with local, cross-site, and cross-functional teams to advance neuroscience portfolio.
