Job summary

Lilly Corporate Center in Indianapolis seeks a highly organized leader to manage and scale CTBR’s molecular biomarker capabilities, overseeing clinical chemistry, mass spectrometry, and multiplex immunoassays while guiding operational excellence across the laboratory.

You will mentor scientists, coordinate cross-capability work, ensure quality and data integrity, and partner with discovery biologists and clinical scientists to translate biomarker insights into meaningful therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical biology, clinical/laboratory science.
• Demonstrated leadership of people, projects, or laboratory operations.
• Experience in regulatory/compliance environments (GLP/GCP/GCLP/CLIA) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CTBR’s molecular biomarker laboratory operations across immunoassay, clinical chemistry, and mass spectrometry.
• Mentor and develop scientists and staff; manage capacity planning and scheduling.
• Develop and implement SOPs, quality-control strategies, and traceable documentation.
