Job summary

Northern Pines Mental Health Center in Mora, MN, seeks a Program Director for the Region 7E Mobile Crisis Outreach. The role leads daily operations and long-term strategic development of 7E MCO, encompassing outreach and stabilization services, with on-site leadership across Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine counties.

The role requires a Minnesota-licensed mental health professional (LICSW/LMFT/LP/NP, LPCC), a Master’s degree, and preferred Board Approved Clinical Supervision

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LP, Psychiatric Nurse, LPCC)
• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences is required
• Board Approved Clinical Supervision certification (or eligible) preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in 7E planning committee and implement deliverables.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of 7E MCO staff.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, revenues, and grants for 7E MCO.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and contracts.
• Monitor client care and supervise staff toward goals and outcomes.
• Ensure timely documentation: progress notes, assessments, consent forms, treatment plans, crisis plans, screenings.
• Develop/critiqued treatment plans for crisis stabilization and follow-up.
