Job summary

Northern Pines Mental Health Center in Mora, MN, seeks a Program Director to lead Region 7E Mobile Crisis Outreach (MCO), overseeing daily operations and long-term strategic development. This grant-funded role includes outreach, stabilization, staff leadership, on-call coverage 24/7/365, and building partnerships with community agencies to improve crisis services.

Based in Mora with travel across counties, you’ll help expand 7E MCO and contribute to the center's recognition as a leading provider

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health sciences is required.
• Licensed in Minnesota (LICSW/LMFT/LP/NP/LPCC) or equivalent is required.
• Board Approved Clinical Supervision certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and long-term development of 7E MCO.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and HR to develop policies and ensure client safety.
• Facilitate staff meetings and clinical/individual supervision.
• Manage budgets, grants, and contracts for the program.
• Ensure client documentation meets timelines and quality standards.
• Develop treatment plans for crisis stabilization and follow-up.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral health sciences

Minnesota licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LP/PN/LPCC)

Board Approved Clinical Supervision certification (preferred)
