JLL is seeking a Director of Technical Infrastructure & Heavy Engineering Delivery in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead multi-year, high-density capital projects including data centres and central utility plants. You will oversee a team of Program Directors and Cost Analysts, drive pre-construction planning, and ensure rigorous due diligence and compliance with IST protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 15+ years of leadership driving complex construction and heavy infrastructure.
• Experience managing $10M–$50M+ project values.
• Deep expertise in high-density power, chilled water, and backup systems.
• mastery of IST commissioning phases and testing standards.
• Experience with GMP, GMP, and Lump-Sum contracts; risk/contingency governance.
• Proficiency with enterprise platforms such as e-Builder, Primavera, BIM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Direct end-to-end engineering and construction for high-density, mission-critical capital projects.
• Act as executive technical authority and regional liaison for non-standard projects.
• Lead pre-acquisition and pre-lease technical due diligence site evaluations.
• Establish early-stage cost baselines, long-lead procurement, and supply chain risk assessments.
• Enforce commissioning protocols and IST/gate sign-offs prior to energization.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management and Technical Services for seamless handovers.
• Manage multi-year capital forecasts and contractor contingency usage.
