Responsibilities

  • Supervise elementary school administrators, instructional coaches and literacy staff.
  • Coordinate curricular and instructional programs and align elementary to middle school transition.
  • Provide curricular support for teachers in high-need schools and coordinate PD.
  • Develop and monitor district-wide school improvement plans and budget needs.
  • Analyze student data and prepare annual reports for state and local requirements.
