Advocate Health Care in Milwaukee seeks an experienced MRC Director to lead the Coding Production Operations within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. You will shape function priorities, define KPIs, and drive high-quality coding and reimbursement practices.

The role requires heavy leadership, regulatory acumen, and collaboration across clinical, IT, and finance teams to achieve enterprise goals and improve overall revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in mid-revenue cycle operations with 2+ years leadership in a large integrated system.
• Strong strategic leadership and collaboration across clinicians, finance, IT and revenue cycle teams.
• Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead Mid Revenue Cycle sub-function areas to align with divisional and enterprise goals.
• Drive operational efficiency and standardized best practices across the MRC.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
• Direct resolution of coding denials and customer service disputes.
• Develop KPIs, monitor quality standards, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team with staffing and training.
