Hugh Chatham Health, Inc. seeks an experienced MRC Director to lead the Mid Revenue Cycle and oversee coding production operations in a complex healthcare setting.

The role requires strategic vision, regulatory knowledge, and a track record of optimizing processes and team performance. You will ensure compliant coding practices, improve reimbursement timelines, and drive KPI-based initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, HIM, or healthcare technology, including 2+ years of leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare system.
• Proven leadership and team development experience within complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of facility and professional coding, HIM workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data analysis, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive enterprise initiatives.
• Coach and develop team, manage staffing and resources, ensure accountability.
