Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field required.
• Seven years of hospital facility coding experience.
• Five years of leadership in coding operations.
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for UI Health's Coding Services.
• Lead coding operations for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Develop and monitor coding quality and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, regulations, and audits.
