Henkel is seeking a Business Director for Metal Packaging in the Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States. This role focuses on near-term planning, execution, and day-to-day performance of the segment, including financial performance, pricing, and supply chain efficiency, while driving GTM initiatives and customer relationships.

The position requires a minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) with a proven commercial leadership track record and strong analytical/business acumen in pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Successful track record in a commercial leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with pricing and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead near-term planning, execution and day-to-day performance of the segment.
• Oversee financial performance, pricing, portfolio management and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and customer relationships.
• Deliver segment financial results and manage day-to-day operations.
• Lead innovation pipeline and KSIs; drive cost optimization.
• Collaborate with AE, BD, Sales and KAM for the segment.
