Henkel is seeking a Business Director, Metal Packaging to lead the segment's planning, execution and day-to-day performance within the Adhesive Technologies unit in Michigan. The role drives financial performance, pricing, portfolio management, supply chain efficiency and go-to-market initiatives, while building strong customer and supplier relationships across the region.

Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including pricing and profitability analysis.
• Proven leadership in a commercial role, with experience in metal packaging or related markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead near-term planning, execution and day-to-day performance of the Metal Packaging segment.
• Drive financial performance, pricing, portfolio management and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop high-level customer and supplier relationships across the region.
• Oversee supply chain optimization, cost management and operating efficiency.
• Implement and track KSIs and business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with AE, BD, Sales and KAM to align segment strategies.
