Business Leadership role focused on near-term planning, execution, and day-to-day performance of the segment.
Includes financial performance, operational optimization, cost management, business planning and forecasting, implementation of: pricing, profitability, portfolio management, business improvement initiatives, and supply chain efficiency/effectiveness.
Helps to drive all go-to-market initiatives.
Deliver Financial performance of the segment.
Manages the Business from a day-to-day tactical perspective.
Execution of Business Plans - drives Go-To-Market tactics.
Drive Innovation pipeline - ADP process.
Pricing, Product, and Portfolio Management initiatives.
Supply chain and AO planning and execution.
Optimization of cost contributors (freight, Raw materials, Manufacturing, etc.).
Develop high-level relationships with customers.
Implement and drive KSIs.
Project Management of segment initiatives.
Work with suppliers and OEM’s to create competitive advantage.
Day to day interaction with AE, BD, Sales, and KAM for the segment.
Drive customer experience for the segment.
Supports Mexico and Channels for Segment specific issues.
Bachelor's degree at a minimum required, with MBA being a plus.
Successful track record in a commercial leadership role
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including pricing and profitability analysis
Proven experience and know-how in Metal Packaging market is a plus
Highly motivated with the ability to build internal/external networks
Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with disciplined execution
Proven project leadership skills in a complex and diverse environment

The salary range for this role is $135,000.00 and $185,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
