Job summary

CompoSecure, based in Somerset, NJ, seeks a Director of Product Management, Metal Payment Cards, to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the metal card portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and financial institution customers to commercialize premium card products.

You will lead a collaborative team with deep payments knowledge, translating market trends into scalable, customer-centric solutions while balancing commercial

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex products in regulated environments.
• Strong experience developing strategy, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product vision and strategy for metal card portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to translate objectives into requirements.
• Establish success metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Engage with enterprise customers and financial institutions to gather feedback.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, and Support for launches.
