Job summary

• Minimum: 3-5 years experience in sales leadership roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust recruitment plan to grow market share of active licensed dentists.
• Research and understand needs of future member dentists.
• Create and manage data-driven prospecting, targeting, and closing of new members.
• Engage current members and champions with customized marketing tactics.
• Set recruitment and market share goals by cohort and track progress.
• Lead comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels (direct mail, digital, social, video, website).
• Spend 25%+ of time in the field driving member engagement and recruitment.
• Oversee New to NC program, Gazette, and district recruitment activities.
• Coordinate communications across the organization and with districts.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales, recruitment, and marketing efforts.
