Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9-12+ years of experience in education, academic leadership, assessment, member success, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Experience working with schools, educators, or education-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of member schools.
  • Build trusted partnerships with heads of school, academic deans, and instructional leaders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to maximize value from E3n's products and services.
  • Develop understanding of member goals and opportunities to deepen engagement.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of members with assessment and wellbeing tools.
  • Coordinate with Product, Research, and Platform teams to resolve member questions and improve experience.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records of interactions, engagement, and opportunities.
