SupportFinity™ is looking for a Director of Innovation to lead the development and scaling of new member experience platforms in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in consumer-facing industries, possess strong analytical and leadership skills, and be adaptable in fast-paced environments.

The role offers a hybrid work model with flexible work-from-home options. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 annually and includes generous benefits like flexible PTO and a free Crunch gym membership.
