Crunch Fitness in Dallas, TX is hiring a Director of Innovation to lead development and rollout of new platforms, programs, and partnerships that elevate the member, team member, and franchise owner experience. You will define KPIs and ROI, drive end‑to‑end platform launches, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Technology and Design to ensure seamless integration.

Build strong relationships with Franchise Owners, monitor performance, and travel up to 25% to test and iterate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management, innovation, or platform development.
• Proven experience building and scaling technology products.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions in sales or membership contexts.
• Strong product lifecycle understanding; translate business needs into strategy.
• Experience evaluating performance and optimizing features.
• Experience rolling out products across franchise or multi-location models is a plus.
• Proven track record of innovation in consumer-facing industries.
• Excellent leadership and communication; able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform and program development from concept to rollout.
• Drive end-to-end development, launch, and scaling of new platforms.
• Define KPIs and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KPIs with objectives.
• Determine ROI targets to measure initiative success.
• Understand member needs and stay ahead of trends.
• Identify partnerships with vendors and tech providers to drive innovation.
• Work with Procurement and Legal on partner vetting.
• Develop holistic strategies for member and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Design.
• Build relationships with Franchise Owners and Executives.
