Your Impact

The Director of Innovation leads new platforms and programs that elevate the member, team, and franchise owner experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development, launch, and scaling of new member‑experience platforms and programs.
• Own execution of strategic portfolio initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with measurable impact.
• Define and track KPIs and ROI targets aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and partner opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal on vendor vetting and partnership selection.
• Develop and execute holistic strategies for physical, digital, and foundational experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with franchise owners and executive teams.
• Prioritize initiatives to boost member demand and retention.
• Analyze program performance, adjust based on data, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience driving innovation in consumer‑facing industries (fitness, wellness, digital).
• Proven record of launching and scaling new platforms or programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Strategic thinker with deep understanding of customer experience and fitness trends.
• Adaptable team leader comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
