Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Director of Innovation to lead development and deployment of new platforms and programs that elevate member, team member, and franchise owner experiences. You will drive portfolio initiatives end-to-end, set KPIs/ROI targets, and partner with vendors to stay ahead of trends in a fast-growing, consumer-facing fitness brand.

Reporting to the VP of Innovation, this hybrid role requires a strong product management background, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, innovation, or platform development.
• Experience building and scaling technology platforms, incl. AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of strategic portfolio initiatives from concept through rollout.
• Lead end-to-end development, launch, and scaling of new platforms and programs.
• Define KPIs and ROI targets to measure initiative success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Develop partnerships with vendors and technology providers.
