Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Global Trial Lead to provide full end-to-end operational accountability for global medical studies. You will partner with the MEG Lead and study teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and regulatory standards.

You will own CRO/vendor management, study governance, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams, with responsibility from start-up through close-out.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in clinical/medical operations & project management, with multi-national experience.
• Experience leading global clinical trials and managing CROs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns full lifecycle study operations from start-up to close-out with sole accountability.
• Oversees budgets, forecasts, accruals, and cost optimization for studies.
• Manages CROs, vendor relations, and contractual scopes to meet timelines and quality.
