Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. seeks a Director of Medical Evidence Generation in Medical Affairs to lead strategy and execution of evidence generation for the CV portfolio.

You will collaborate across Medical Strategy, RWE, Clinical Operations, and with external researchers to inform development and value evidence across the product lifecycle. Expect extensive interaction with KOLs and cross-functional partners, oversight of CRCs, ISRs, and MASTs, and leadership in governance and publications while

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree with extensive development experience.
• Deep understanding of clinical research and evidence generation.
• Ability to influence in matrixed environments and build external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive integrated evidence generation strategy across trials and real-world studies.
• Lead protocol development, study design, and statistical considerations.
• Engage KOLs and external investigators, and manage governance interactions.
• Ensure compliant, timely, and high-quality study execution and delivery.
• Contribute to scientific dissemination through publications and presentations.
