Based at the INTEGRIS Health Corporate Office in Oklahoma City, OK, the role requires strong leadership and collaboration with CMOs, CHEs, and legal counsel to ensure robust credentialing programs and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management and/or leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of medical staff and/or credentialing experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CPMSM or CPCS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct credentialing and medical staff operations across the INTEGRIS system.
• Collaborate with hospital CMOs and CHEs to maintain high-quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop budgets and manage financial performance of MSP department.
• Mentor MSP staff and implement education programs.
• Respond to practitioner credentialing requests and onboarding.
