Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Director of Physician Operations Metro to provide strategic leadership across IHMG and clinics in Oklahoma City. You will supervise Clinic Operations Managers, drive performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

You will partner with physicians and admin leaders to achieve operational, financial, and patient experience targets, leading initiatives such as start-ups, acquisitions, and new service lines while managing budgets and staffing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field (or ability to achieve within 12 months).
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field with six years of progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for IHMG, Hospital Outpatient Department Clinics, and service lines.
• Lead Managers of Clinic Operations and ensure alignment with mission, vision and values.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across divisions and sites to ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Translate strategy into operational plans and align with INTEGRIS Health goals.
• Partner with physicians and leaders to meet operational, quality, and patient experience targets.
• Drive initiatives including start-ups, acquisitions, and integration of new service lines.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for clinic leadership and staff.
• Develop divisional budgets and monitor financial performance and physician compensation alignment.
