Job summary

Join INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK as a day shift, full-time Director of Strategy and Physician Relations. You will lead strategic growth, manage physician contracts, and strengthen medical staff partnerships within a major nonprofit health system.

Expect collaboration with corporate development and clinical programs, oversight of clinic operations, and ongoing engagement with physician partners to advance service lines and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, marketing, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth in collaboration with the corporate business development team and clinical programs.
• Serve as primary Physician Liaison for administration and manage physician contracts.
• Maintain awareness of competitive marketplace and ensure a continuous marketing plan.
• Develop and sustain medical staff relationships and pursue community partnerships.
• Provide operational oversight of outpatient clinics and present expiring contracts to executives.
• Daily rounds with key physician partners.
